Have a Pet Emergency? Stay Calm.
When your pet is in crisis, whether it’s an accident, a long-term illness that suddenly worsens, or the need for a quiet, safe recuperation, you need help now, much like you would want for any family member.
We understand; we provide the same kind of support that we want for our own pets. We’re available 24/7/365 to provide emergency/critical pet care for our own patients. We also provide support for pets cared for by other veterinarians after hours and on weekends and holidays.
24-hour Critical and Intensive Care
We provide critical and intensive care 24/7 year round. Offering these services means that your injured or ill pet receives an extraordinary continuum and level of care.
Because of the importance of constant and caring attention for critically injured or ill pets, we have a team in place to manage round-the-clock care. An open floor plan assures that everything is visible. It’s an integrated operation that encourages frequent communication between our doctors and team.
Intensive Care Unit
When you pet is really sick or injured, our ICU is there to provide excellent support. Used for treatment and monitoring of ill and post-op patients, the unit includes:
- IV pumps and oxygen in each kennel.
- Video equipment for remote monitoring
Because the unit is located adjacent to our primary care area, our team members easily observe your pet through large windows.
We know that most pets progress faster when they know their companions are with them. Visiting hours are between 9am-10pm; please call before you come.
Pets with contagious diseases must be quarantined from the rest of our patients. Our isolation ward includes:
- Separate outside entrance
- Separate heating/air and ventilation systems
- Kennels with oxygen drops, IV pumps
- Patient monitoring and video monitoring equipment
