Can I bring my pet in without an appointment?
Yes, but we strongly suggest that you make an appointment. We accommodate walk-in patients as best we can, though emergencies are seen immediately. All elective surgeries are scheduled in advance and appointments can be made daily.

What is the procedure for handling emergencies nights/weekends/holidays?
Call our hospital, (828-693-3331) if possible so that we can prepare for your arrival, or bring your pet in. We are open at all hours, 365 days a year.

What is your fee policy?

All fees are due in full when services are performed. We accept cash; personal checks; Visa; Mastercard; and Care Credit, a convenient interest-free payment plan. You may visit www.carecredit.com to learn more.

An examination fee will be charged for an exam performed by our doctors. After the initial examination an estimate of diagnostic charges and medical treatment will be provided. A deposit of 50% of the estimate is required for all hospitalized patients. The remaining balance must be paid when the patient is discharged.
