ISOLATION

The Isolation Area, which has a separate entrance, is used for pets with highly contagious diseases that could be at risk for infecting other patients. It contains separate heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems so that air from Isolation is not mixed with the rest of the hospital air. This area contains all the amenities of the ICU – oxygen drops, IV pumps, patient monitoring instruments, as well as video monitoring equipment..
